Now in the capable hands of his grandson, Raymond Montemurro, the family recipes remain the same, hearty and delicious with a twist. Old fashioned Southern Italian fare is cooked with care, served with a generous hand at this nexus of Neapolitan gastronomy in downtown Rockville Centre.
